The Marriage Supper of the Lamb
Revelation 19 opens with a final word about the city called Mystery Babylon, which was destroyed by the Antichrist. The multitudes of the slain martyrs before the throne and the twenty-four elders worship the Lord and praise Him for His justice upon the Great Harlot. Then follows the marriage supper of the Lamb.
- And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, “Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns! Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.” And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. Then he said to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!’” And he said to me, “These are the true sayings of God.” (Revelation 19:6–9)
This is happening during the final bowl judgment. It is in fact the inaugural event of the millennium! Immediately following this, Christ returns to the earth. In the prophetic timeline, as laid out in the book, this will occur on the first day of the first month. The Gregorian date given in the book is March 31, 2033. While the armies of the Antichrist are preparing to be a feast for the birds upon Jesus Christ touching down on the Mount of Olives, His bride, the believers from all ages past, will sit down to feast with Him!
